Krewe Fitness Membership Hold Policy
Overview
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to put your membership on hold. At Krewe Fitness, we offer a Membership Hold Policy to accommodate your needs.
Eligibility
Members are eligible to place their accounts on hold for a period ranging between 4 to 12 weeks within a calendar year.
Policy Details
Hold Duration
Members can place their membership on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks within a calendar year.
Holds Under 4 Weeks
Holds shorter than 4 weeks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a one-time administrative fee.
Notifications
Requests for holds must be made in writing via this form at least 7 days prior to the intended hold start date.
Return from Hold
Members must notify Krewe Fitness at least 7 days prior to the end of the hold period if they wish to extend or terminate the hold. Otherwise, regular billing will resume automatically.
Fees
There is no fee for placing your membership on hold.
Limitations
The total hold duration in a calendar year may not exceed 12 weeks.
You may not use the gym facilities or participate in any gym activities during the hold period unless you pay a drop-in fee.
Medical Holds
Members with medical conditions that require longer hold durations may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note may be required.
Disclaimer Regarding Cancellation
Members who choose to terminate membership while on hold are still subject to Krewe Fitness’s 30-day notice cancellation policy. Members may incur a final charge to close out their account.
